My name is Ash, and before creating Built for Impact I spent almost two decades in commercial construction as a co-owner of a fast-scaling business that relied too much on me to function.

That’s common, especially in trade businesses or builders under $5m. Built for Impact starts by forming a strategy team, which may initially be just the owner and one trusted person.

Do I need to hire a new management team for this to work?
No. Built For Impact is designed to work with the team you already have. Ownership is assigned to the right people inside the business and developed over time. In some cases, small role adjustments happen, but this is not about adding layers of management or rebuilding the team from scratch.
How do the first 8 weeks and the full 6-month implementation work together?
The first 8 weeks are an intensive implementation phase where the core operating system is installed. The remaining months are used to reinforce execution, refine the systems, and build leadership confidence so the changes stick. This structure creates early momentum without rushing long-term adoption.
How much time do I need to commit each week?
We'll spend 60 minutes together on a weekly group call, plus time working with your strategy team to apply what’s being installed. The goal is to distribute the effort and work required to scale your business across team members who are capable of driving growth.
